Inovar’s lean printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) operations are optimized to meet a high mix of products of wide-ranging complexity and volume. Process validation occurs at each step of production. Lot traceability is central to our processes and quality initiatives.

Inovar runs five SMT lines. One line is dedicated to prototype assembly. Our proto team proves out the process, creates programs and work instructions for each product prior to transferring it to a production line. Inovar utilizes Heller reflow technology and DEK screen printers, with HawkEye inspection capability. Each line is equipped with YesTech Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment. We place over one million BGA components each year. Inovar has the capability to place up to .3mm pitch components. A Teradyne Summit 750 machine is utilized to perform BGA rework to the 7711 and 7721 standard, ensuring reliable and repeatable performance.
